PT.
PT. IS is a textile company faces machine downtime problems. One of the efforts to reduce machine downtime is to develop maintanance strategies. RCM is a method used to choose, develop, and make alternative maintanance strategies based on the operational, economic, adn security criteria. Stenter finish machine is rated as a critical system to be analyzed. Furthermore, by using the RCM method the critical components of the equipment which often cause damage to machine downtime can also be defined. Afterwards, an approriate maintanance shcedule to reduce machine downtime will be develop for each of the component above.
