OPEN ACCESS POLICY

1. Introduction

Jurnal Telematika is firmly committed to the principle of Open Access for scholarly research. We believe that making research freely and widely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge, accelerates discovery, enhances education, and maximizes the societal and economic impact of research. This policy outlines Jurnal Telematika's commitment to providing unrestricted access to the articles it publishes, in line with the mission of our publisher, Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa, to foster and disseminate knowledge.

2. Definition of Open Access

Jurnal Telematika adheres to the principles of Open Access, meaning that all published articles are made permanently and freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges or registration barriers for readers. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful, non-commercial purpose, as defined by the specific Creative Commons license applied, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
