Training evaluation is a very important step in training design because the feedback it generates in improving training effectiveness. This research aim to conduct training evaluation level 1 and 2 of CS School training using Kirkpatrick Analysis, give suggestions to improve training, and propose level 3 evaluation tools. Descriptive analysis will be used to present and analyze data. The evaluation result shows good trainee satisfaction and adequate understanding of the topic given in training. Selecting higher quality trainer and tailoring training materials to trainee's understanding level are the suggestions given to improve training effectiveness. A quastionnaire to measure level 3 training evaluations was also proposed to the management.
