Pengembangan Model Dashboard Kinerja Perusahaan Pemasok Daya Listrik ke Perusahaan

Sistem pemantauan kinerja dan ketersediaan informasi yang real-time sangat penting untuk mendukung kesuksesan proses manajemen strategis perusahaan. Dashboard dan scorecard merupakan sistem manajemen kinerja yang dapat memfasilitasi suatu organisasi dalam mengukur, memonitor, dan mengelola kinerja proses bisnis baik dari aspek finansial maupun non-finansial yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat pemantauan pencapaian kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model dashboard dengan framework balanced scorecard untuk perusahaan pemasok daya listrik ke perusahaan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan studi kasus pendahuluan pada 3 (tiga) perusahaan/unit bisnis pemasok daya listrik ke perusahaan, yaitu PT Krakatau Daya Listrik, Divisi Power House PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala, dan PT Pelayanan Listrik Nasional Batam. Analisis cross-case dilakukan pada manajemen strategis, sistem manajemen kinerja, dan penggunaan indikator kinerja oleh ketiga objek penelitian. Selanjutnya dikembangkan model dashboard kinerja strategis pada 3 elemen, yaitu informasi (internal dan eksternal), pengguna, dan presentasi data dashboard kinerja mengacu kepada hasil dari studi kasus pendahuluan tersebut. Berdasarkan pengembangan model dashboard kinerja tersebut, dibangun suatu prototype dashboard kinerja strategis dengan framework balanced scorecard untuk perusahaan/unit bisnis pemasok daya listrik ke perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 21 indikator kinerja strategis yang dapat diadaptasi dan dikonfigurasi untuk pihak eksekutif perusahaan dan visualiasi dashboard kinerja dengan presentasi data dan fitur-fitur yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.
Performance monitoring system and real time information availability is very important in suppporting strategic management process in a company. Dashboard wit scorecard is one of performance monitoring system that can facilitate an organization in assessing, monitoring and managing business process performance in order to monitor the company performance achievement. The purpose of this study was to develop a dashboard using Balanced Scorecard framework for electrical supplier companies. The study began with preliminary case study in three companies, namely PT Krakatau Daya Listrik, PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala Power House Division, and PT Pelayanan Listrik Nasional Batam. Cross case analysis in strategic management, performance management system and performance indicator application was performed. Based on the analysis, strategic performance dashboard model was built on three elements namely information (external and internal) and user. Based on the model, a prototype of electrical supplier company strategic performance dashboard was developed, using balanced scorecard framework. This study produced 21 strategic performance indicators, still could be configured and adapted by company executive, including the visualization, in accordance with company needs.
