Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Sartika Asih (RSBSA) adalah salah satu rumah sakit daerah yang mengalami transisi menjadi sebuah badan layanan umum. Selama proses transisi, telah dilakukan banyak perombakan proses bisnis untuk mencapai visi dan misinya. Untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja yang dilakukan sudah efektif, RSBSA merasa perlu untuk mengukur kinerjanya di bagian pelayanan medik. RSBSA juga memerlukan wadah untuk menampung masukan dari pasien untuk mengetahui pelayanan yang dirasakan dan pelayanan yang diharapkan. Pengukuran kinerja serta pengolahan feedback yang dilakukan, diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi RSBSA dalam keputusan yang mendukung RSBSA untuk semakin meningkatkan kinerjanya. Pengukuran kinerja dalam unit pelayanan medik menggunakan tiga kategori dari Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Health Care Excellence 2011-2012, yaitu Workforce Focus, Operation Focus, dan Results. Sistem pengukuran kinerja sendiri dibuat secara web-based dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Aplikasi menampilkan skor kategori serta feedback dari pasien yang diperoleh.
Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Sartika Asih (RSBSA) is one of the regional hospital in transition into a public service board. During the transition, RSBSA has done a lot of adjustment of its business processes to achieve its vision and mission. To find out whether the performance done is effective, RSBSA needs to measure its performance on medical service unit. RSBSA also need a system to process feedbacks from its patient to determine the perceived service and expected service. Performance measurement and feedback processing is expected to provide benefits for management to make decision for further enhancemet. Performance measurement in the medical service unit uses threee categories of the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Health Care Excellence 2011-2012, they are Workforce Focus, Operation Focus, and Result. Performance measurement system is developed as web-based application using programming language PHP. Application displays the score categories as well as feedback obtained from the patients.
