Abstract

XYZ is one of the universities that carries out its obligations in the tri dharma of Higher Education. However, in its implementation for research and community service (PkM) points, the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) involved needs fixing. The problem consists of incomplete documentation or not by LPPM XYZ documentation standards, and there are problems accessing the documentation that has been produced. To overcome these problems, a web-based research and community service information system was designed. This system can assist in providing research documentation standards and collaboration features with other related parties to provide approval to ensure that the documentation produced will be by LPPM standards. An index feature of research and PkM data has also been running. This feature can help users find research or PkM data along with details of the documentation involved in the study or PkM. Based on simulated user acceptance testing, the average value for the performance expectancy aspect is 91.77%. This shows that each user feels that the system can facilitate their needs. For the behavioural intention aspect, the average value is 93.25%, which shows that all users are highly interested in using this system.
