Abstract

PT. Jasa Marga cabang Purbalenyi Bandung bertugas mengelola operasional jalan tol pada ruas KM 67 sampai dengan KM 157. Salah satu bentuk pengelolaan jalan tol adalah inspeksi dan perbaikan di ruas jalan tol. Akan tetapi pengelolaan inspeksi dan perbaikan tersebut dirasa masih kurang optimal karena kurang baiknya arus informasi yang berakibat pada kurangnya koordinasi antar bagian dalam perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, sebuah sistem informasi terintegrasi dirancang untuk memungkinkan koordinasi antar bagian perusahaan, khususnya arus informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan kegiatan inspeksi dan perbaikan. Makalah ini membahas pengembangan sistem informasi yang berbasis arsitektur informasi, dengan penekanan pada arus informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam inspeksi dan perbaikan tol.

 

PT. Jasa Marga Purbaleunyi is in charge of managing toll roads operaion on a segment KM 67 to KM 157. One form of toll roads management is inspection and repair on the toll roads. However, the management of the inspection and repair is still not optimal due to lack of good flow of information that resulted in a lack of coordination between the division of the company. To solve this problem, an integrated information system is designed to enable coordination between divisions of the company, especially the flow of information needed to conduct inspections and repairs. This paper discusses the development of information system based on information architechture, with an emphasis on the flaw of information needed in the inspection and repairs of the toll roads.

Yosi Yonata, menerima gelar Sarjana Teknik dari ITB Jurusan
Teknik Elektro bidang Teknik Komputer pada tahun 2000 dan gelar Magister Teknik dari ITB Jurusan Teknik Elektro bidang Teknologi Informasi pada tahun 2002. Saat ini aktif sebagai pengajar tetap di Departemen Sistem Informasi Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa di Bandung.

Tamsir Hasudungan Sirait, lahir tahun 1977 di Sibolga, Sumatera Utara, menerima gelar Sarjana Komputer dari Universitas Gunadarma jurusan Manajemen Informatika tahun 2000 dan gelar Magister Teknik dari Institut Teknologi Bandung jurusan Sistem Informasi tahun 2009. Saat ini mengajar di Jurusan Sistem Informasi Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa di Bandung. Minat penelitian pada Arsitektur Enterprise, Enterprise Resource Planning, Audit Sistem Informasi, Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi.
