Penanganan jaringan dengan menerapkan sistem pengetahuan (knowledge) memberikan peluang bagi perusahan dalam kepemilikan pengetahuan yang luas atas jaringan. Dengan adanya arsitektur jaringan yang berskala enterprise maka peningkatan kinerja dalam dalam menghasilkan produk/service yang dibutuhkan customer dapat tercapai. Akan tetapi tantangan yang mungkin muncul menyebabkan perusahaan harus berpikir kembali atas bagaimana strategi dalam menangani jaringan berskala enterprise tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan pengetahuan-pengetahuan yang dimiliki serta meningkatkannya maka perusahaan akan semakin siap menghadapi permasalahan jaringan yang mungkin bisa muncul. Dengan pengetahuan tersebut maka perusahaan dapat meminimalkan kemungkinan kerugian-kerugian yang berakibat pada bidang finansial perusahaan.
The implementation of knowledge base management for enterprise network, can give some opportunities to help the company for acquiring the wide range of the knowledge to handle the network problem. Network management based on enterprise network architecture can help the company to get the clue or model and they can use it to increase the company performance when
they are producing what the user need such as product or service. But the unpredictible of the network problem can raising the awareness of company to rethinking of they current network strategy. The using of the knowledge base, can make the company ready to any risk that can rise on it. With the network knowledge base,the company can minimalize the risk of financial cost.
