Analisis Penerapan Website e-Government Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang Menggunakan GTMetrix

Internet technology grow rapidly, especially in the government sector or commonly referred to as e-government. E-government services can be accessed easily through some websites that have been managed by the person in charge. One of the applications is in the District Government of Tangerang, West Java. This research aims to evaluate the performance of 9 Tangerang District Government websites. Evaluation of website performance will be done using the GTMetrix tool. The results of this research are from the development of e-government in Tangerang District in the application of websites managed by the Tangerang District Government considered very bad. Several websites analyzed are the Tangerang District Government profile website, received an assessment Grade D, the performance 66%, and the structure 59%; the Tangerang Regency KPU website received Grade E, the performance 56%, and the structure 60%; Sipinter website received Grade D, the performance 62%, and the structure 79%; iTangKab website received Grade C, the performance 70%, and structure 79%; Kejari website received Grade D, the performance 55%, and the structure 83%; RSUD website received Grade E, the performance 53%, and the structure 63%; COVID-19 website received Grade F, the performance 12%, and the structure 46%; website Statistics received Grade F, the performance 34%, and the structure 32%; Ready-to-work website received Grade F, the performance 23%, and the structure 50%. These results are still far from the average. Therefore, to improve the site, it is necessary to make several improvements to the website that is considered very bad. One of the recommendations for website improvement is Eliminate Render Blocking Resources. Website's problems occur that are operated by the Tangerang District Government.
