PERENCANAAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN ANTAR DEPARTEMEN DALAM MEWUJUDKAN SISTEM ENTERPRISE

In this paper i would try to study about interdepartmental information system planning that is concern with how to use the information to supporting the business process of
company with enterprises characteristic. Ordinary, each of
existing department in company use their information system
with their platform, it difficult for top management to using the
information form each department while they want to create the
strategic decision for company in the future. So, it is time to
create the information system planning for company in the better
way. But, in the advance, each of company members or elements
must be give the participation to gain the purpose. With the good
planning of information system for inter-departmental had done
the company would get the relevance advantage for the company
life cycle.
Dalam paper ini saya akan mencoba membahas
perencanaan sistem informasi antar manajemen yang berkaitan
dengan bagaimana informasi tersebut dimanfaatkan untuk
mendukung bisnis proses perusahaan yang bersifat enterprise.
Seringkali setiap departemen-departemen yang ada di
perusahaan mempunyai platform sendiri-sendiri terhadap sistem
informasi manajemennya, yang pada akhirnya informasi yang
dihasilkan masing-masing departemen akan mengalami
kesulitan apabila nantinya akan dipakai oleh majemen level
tinggi untuk mengambil langkah-langkah stategis pada
perusahaan. Untuk itulah perencanan yang matang harus dibuat
sebaik mungkin. Akan tetapi pada kelanjutannya perencanaan
tersebut setiap anggota/elemen didalam perusahan (semua area
fungsional) diharapkan dapat berpartisipasi untuk
mewujudkannya. Dengan adanya perencanan sistem informasi
yang baik antar departemen, maka nantinya perusahan tersebut
pada akhirnya akan mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih baik
yang menyangkut kelangsungan hidup perusahaan.
