PENGUKURAN PROPAGASI RADIO AKSES DI AREA BANDUNG TENGAH DALAM KAITANNYA DENGAN MODEL OKUMURA-HATA & COST-231

Pada sistem transmisi radio komunikasi bergerakyang dilayani biasanya berupa daerah yang tidak teratur
permukaannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perhitungan yang
cukup rumit untuk memperkirakan redaman lintasannya.
Beberapa model propagasi yang akan dikemukakan dibawah ini
layak untuk memperkirakan redaman lintasan sepanjang
permukaan daerah yang tidak teratur. Kebanyakan modelmodel
propagasi ini didapatkan dari data hasil pengukuran yang
dilakukan dalam jumlah besar dan cukup lama. Penelitian ini
dilakukan untuk menganalisis keadaan propagasi di kota
Bandung dengan menerapkan beberapa model propagasi, yaitu
model Okumura-Hata dan model COST-231. Hasil
perhitungannya dibandingkan dengan hasil pengukuran
langsung di lapangan. Pengukuran dilakukan di kota Bandung
Tengah, yaitu daerah dago dan sekitarnya dan dilakukan
terhadap layanan GSM.
