EFEKTIFITAS SUMBER PENGETAHUAN DALAM ORGANISASI (Knowledge Management Systems Strategy)

Pengetahuan merupakan hal yang sangat pentingdalam pengembangan organisasi dalam menghadapi era
teknologi informasi. Informasi yang diolah dengan efektif akan
sangat bermanfaat dalam peningkatan efektifitas di dalam
organisasi. Organisasi dalam hal ini harus dapat
mengembangkan secara konsisten dalam mengelola informasi
yang di dapatnya untuk dapat memanfaatkannya secara efektif
agar tercipta suatu aliran informasi yang benar-benar
dibutuhkan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan dalam menghadapi
era persaingan dalam globalisasi. Seperti yang dikatakan oleh
Microsoft Corporation yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan
software terbesar di dunia-pengetahuan bersembunyi di pikiran
orang dalam proses-proses perusahaan; menemukan dan
mengucurkannya dalam sumber pengetahuan di perusahaan
atau organisasi anda adalah merupakan gebrakan awal.
