Desain Aplikasi Sistem Penjualan Obat dan Jasa Pelayanan Dokter BPJS

One of the things that is needed by the Primary Clinic is the application of a web-based patient and financial service information system where it is needed to provide easy data access. In operational activities carried out by Klinik Pratama Selamat as one of the Primary Clinics in collaboration with BPJS, the clinic really needs a web-based application to support easy data access. In addition to the need for easy data access, the Clinic also requires an application that is able to record all financial activities starting from the data collection process to the purchase, sale, drug inventory calculation and financial report preparation transactions. For that we need a design that can handle drug sales and recording financial transactions of income and expenses from patients. The functionality that will be built in this application is the creation of sales forms, income forms, journals, ledgers, and financial reports for patient services. System design is done by Unified Modeling Language and database design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).
Salah satu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh Klinik Pratama adalah aplikasi sistem informasi pelayanan pasien dan keuangan berbasis web dimana hal ini diperlukan untuk memberikan kemudahan akses data. Dalam kegiatan operasional yang dilakukan oleh Klinik Pratama Selamat sebagai salah satu Klinik Pratama yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS maka klinik sangat membutuhkan aplikasi berbasis web guna mendukung kemudahan akses data. Selain diperlukan kemudahan akses data, Klinik juga memerlukan aplikasi yang mampu mencatat semua kegiatan keuangan mulai dari proses pendataan sampai dengan transaksi pembelian, penjualan, perhitungan persediaan obat dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu rancangan yang dapat menangani penjualan obat serta pencatatan transaksi keuangan pendapatan dan beban dari pasien. Fungsionalitas yang akan dibangun dalam aplikasi ini adalah pembuatan form penjualan, form pendapatan, jurnal, buku besar, dan laporan keuangan atas pelayanan pasien. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan Unified Modeling Language dan perancangan basis data menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).
