Pengembangan Sensor Mesin Perkakas Berbasis IoT Untuk Mendukung Penerapan Industri 4.0

To support the implementation of Industry 4.0, industrial /factory machine tools need to be equipped with an energy sensor. This paper will discuss a system that can monitor the energy consumption of a machine tool. The system that will be created is a monitoring system, where the system can measure energy consumption, send and store it in a web server database. By monitoring the energy consumption of the machine periodically, it can be known the characteristics and health of machine tools. Energy sensors are specifically designed and equipped with WiFi communication system to connect to a web server via the internet (Internet of Things / IoT). With the energy consumption data of the machine on the web server, analyzing the data will facilitate the maintenance and scheduling of the machine and power settings. This is one of an effort to support the adoption of Industry 4.0.
Untuk mendukung penerapan Industry4 .0, maka mesin perkakas industri/pabrik perlu dilengkapi dengan sensor energi. Pada makalah ini akan dibahas sebuah sistem yang dapat memantau konsumsi energi suatu mesin perkakas. Sistem yang akan dibuat adalah sistem monitoring, di mana sistem tersebut dapat mengukur konsumsi energi, mengirimkan, dan menyimpan hasil pengukurannya dalam database di web server. Dengan memantau konsumsi energi mesin secara periodik, maka bisa diketahui karakteristik dan kesehatan mesin perkakas. Sensor energi dirancang secara khusus dan dilengkapi dengan sistem komunikasi WiFi untuk koneksi ke web server melalui internet (Internet of Things/IoT). Dengan adanya data konsumsi energi mesin di web sever, maka analisis terhadap data tersebut akan memudahkan pemeliharaan dan penjadwalan mesin dan pengaturan daya. Hal ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mendukung penerapan Industri 4.0.
