Perancangan Sistem Informasi Warning System pada Kegiatan Monitoring Aset Gereja

Abstract

Rehoboth Church is a place of worship where Christians people can run Sunday service regularly. At this time Rehoboth Church run 5 worship activities every Sunday. This research focuses on how to monitor all assets that had been use for each activity in where the overall assets can be managed properly. There are two group that are responsible for managing these assets, first is the head of the division and second is the person in charge for each room. This asset monitoring specially for the audio video department and music department assets. Rehoboth had two problems, first, an inaccurate information on asset that had damage and this is a problem for them to monitor the asset condition and, second, a late of reporting for each condition of the assets that have been used during worship activities. Therefore, this research will produces an Asset Monitoring Information System Application that can provide asset condition reports and also the maintenance reports that needed by the Division Head to carry out monitoring. With this monitoring report, the head of the division can take immediately action on all damage assets and will take action to replace or maintenance assets, so it can be ready for the next worship activity. This system also has a warning system feature using SMS as a medium to send a reminder from the division head to the person in charge of the room who is late in reporting the checking of the condition of the asset after the worship activities have been completed.

Gereja Rehoboth adalah salah satu tempat ibadah di mana umat Kristiani menjalankan setiap ibadah atau kebaktian secara rutin. Saat ini terdapat 5 kegiatan ibadah yang dilakukan setiap hari minggu pada Gereja Rehoboth. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana melakukan pemantau semua aset yang digunakan untuk setiap kegiatan dalam berjalan, di mana keseluruhan aset dapat dikelola dengan baik. Terdapat 2 golongan yang bertanggungjawab untuk mengelola aset tersebut, yaitu Kepala Divisi dan Penanggung Jawab Ruangan, khususnya aset video department dan music department audio. Terdapat dua masalah, yaitu tidak akuratnya informasi kerusakan aset sehingga pihak Gereja Rehoboth kesulitan dalam mengetahui keadaan aset dan terlambatnya melakukan pelaporan terhadap setiap kondisi aset yang telah digunakan selama kegiatan ibadah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Monitoring Aset yang dapat menyediakan laporan kondisi aset dan laporan maintenance yang dibutuhkan oleh kepala divisi untuk melakukan pemantauan. Dengan adanya laporan tersebut, Kepala Divisi dapat melakukan tindakan secepatnya terhadap seluruh aset yang mengalami kerusakan. agar aset-aset tersebut dapat siap untuk dipakai kembali ketika kegiatan ibadah berikutnya dilaksanakan. Selain fitur pelaporan, sistem ini juga memiliki fitur warning system menggunakan SMS sebagai media untuk mengirimkan sebuah reminder dari kepala divisi kepada penanggung jawab ruangan yang terlambat dalam melakukan pelaporan pengecekan kondisi aset, setelah kegiatan ibadah selesai dilaksanakan.
