World Congress on Science Football.
X Football Association is a professional football team in the an Indonesian city. The data is processed by many people such as the head coach, doctor team, physiotherapist and physical trainer. The absence of a media that can bridge the data flow and information on the physical health of football players at X Football Association resulted in much wasted time. Scattered data causes the parties involved in the management of physical health in this club had difficulty in accessing and communicating with each other. The head coach had difficulties in the speed of technical decision making the composition of the strategy and structure of players who will compete. A Sports Management Information System for managing and processing data and physical health of football players is developed in order to overcome these problems, using a standard reference in the Journal of Sports and Medicine, 6th World Congress on Science Football. This system helps the involved parties to shorten the time of accessing physical health data to facilitate the parties in the decision-making process of the obtained information.
