Usulan Rute dan Jadwal Penyiraman Taman Sektor Dua dan Sektor Empat Kota Bandung

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk taman di sektor dua dan empat yang ada di Kota Bandung. Rute dan jadwal dibuat untuk melakukan penyiraman taman di sektor tersebut. Dimana, selama ini Dinas Pemakaman dan Pertamanan (Diskamtam) Kota Bandung belum membentuk rute dan jadwal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah taman di sektor dua dan empat, jarak antar taman, luas taman, jumlah dan kapasitas truk tangki, biaya operasional dan biaya penggunaan pihak ketiga. Metode yang digunakan adalah spanning tree dengan algoritma Kruskall yang sedikit dimodifikasi, karena adanya batasan dari kapasitas truk tangki. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan taman di sektor dua dapat disiram setiap dua hari sekali dengan jumlah rute sebanyak sepuluh rute, yang dibagi menjadi lima untuk pagi hari dan lima untuk sore hari. Sedangkan taman di sektor empat disiram setiap tiga hari sekali dengan jumlah rute sebanyak dua belas rute, yang dibagi menjadi enam di pagi hari dan enam di sore hari. Perbandingan biaya dengan pihak ketiga didapatkan selisih Rp92.402.520,00 untuk di sektor dua per bulannya, sedangkan di sektor empat per bulannya didapatkan selisih Rp89.244.740,00.
The purpose of this research is to get route and shedule for watering park. Routes and schedule. The data used in this research is the number of parks in sectors two and four, the distance between parks, area of the parks, the number and capacity of trucks, operating costs and the cost of third party use. In this research, watering route is built by spanning tree method with Kruskall algorithm. Based on the research, it is determined that there are ten routes for sector two and twelve routes for sector four. Then, parks in sector two would be watered every two days and for sector four parks would be watered every three days. Then, costs between Diskamtam and third party for sector two per month is Rp92.402.520,00. Then, for sector four the difference is Rp89.244.740,00.
