PERENCANAAN STRATEGI UNTUK MENCAPAI KEUNGGULAN DALAM BERSAING DI CHECO CAFÉ AND RESTO

Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis data kualitatif. Pengambilan data untuk penelitian ini pun dengan cara mewawancara owner, manajer dan konsumen yang bersangkutan di Checo Café and Resto. Pada tahap pertama penelitian ini melakukan tahap pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) dan External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) lalu melakukan tahap analisis dengan menggunakan GE Matrix dan TOWS Matrix. Dari teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan hasil IFAS 3,125 dan EFAS 3,075. Dari hasil skor IFAS dan EFAS ini menunjukkan posisi perusahaan pada posisi pertumbuhan dengan menggunakan GE Matrix. Berdasarkan dengan menggunakan metode TOWS didapatkan perencanaan strategi untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing yaitu melakukan memperluas area dan melengkapi fasilitas.
