Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Pengalaman, Harga Dan Varian Produk Pada Keputusan Pembelian Di Toko Offline Retail X
Abstract
Di tengah maraknya perkembanganretail penjualan online,Toko toko fisik
retail yang mengandalkan konsumen
regular yang datang mengunjungi toko
untuk bebelanja tetap beratahan dan
untuk beberapa model retail bahkan
berkembang pesat. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menyatakan faktor
yang mutlak terhadap perbedaan
antara pembelian secara online dan
offline, sehingga konsumen tetap
memutuskan pembelian secara offline.
Diambil dari 96 sampling yang
menyatakan apa saja variabel
pertimbangan untuk memutuskan
pembelian offline, sehingga tulisan ini
bermanfaat untuk perbaikan beberapa
retail yang bertahan untuk terus
menggunakan metode offline.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini
,sebagian besar konsumen tetap
menganggap pelayanan secara fisik
adalah faktor utama yang membuat
toko offine bertahan
