STUDI PERBEDAAN PERSEPSI PADA PRIA DAN WANITA MENGENAI TRANSAKSI ONLINE DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA

ABSTRACT
Currently, financial technology is one of the fastest growing fields in Indonesia. This is marked by the emergence of many online payment methods offered by e-commerce as well as the increase in users of online payment methods themselves. This study aims to see the extent to which consumer perceptions among students, especially major universities in the city of Bandung such as Parahyangan Catholic University, Maranatha Christian University, and Harapan Bangsa Institute of Technology regarding online transactions, because digital payments will change consumers' lifestyles. There are five problem formulations that need to be answered in this study. The sampling technique was carried out through the Probability Sampling technique. The research sample amounted to 214 people who were calculated using the Lemeshow formula. In this study, it was shown to see the value of gender differences in perceptions of financial risk, delivery risk, product risk, COD payment methods, and online payment methods among students. The analytical tool used is the T-test by distributing questionnaires to students at Parahyangan Catholic University, Maranatha Christian University, and Harapan Bangsa Institute of Technology. From the results of the T test, it shows that consumer perceptions based on gender do not have differences in perceptions of financial risk, shipping risk, product risk, COD payment methods, and online payment methods among students, which is caused by the level of cybercrime in Indonesia which tends not to be high compared to China.

ABSTRAK
Saat ini financial technology menjadi salah satu bidang yang sangat pesat kemajuannya di Indonesia. Hal ini ditandai dengan banyak bermunculan metode pembayaran online yang ditawarkan oleh e-commerce serta kenaikan pengguna metode pembayaran online itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat suatu melihat sudah sejauh mana persepsi konsumen di kalangan mahasiswa khususnya Perguruan Tinggi besar di kota Bandung seperti Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Universitas Kristen Maranatha, dan Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa mengenai transaksi online, karena pembayaran digital ini akan mengubah gaya hidup konsumen. Terdapat lima rumusan masalah yang perlu dijawab dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik Probability Sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 214 orang yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan untuk melihat nilai perbedaan gender pada persepsi resiko keuangan, resiko pengiriman, resiko produk, metode pembayaran COD, dan metode pembayaran online dikalangan mahasiswa. Alat Analisa yang digunakan adalah Uji T dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa di Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Universitas Kristen Maranatha, dan Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa. Dari hasil Uji T menunjukkan bahwa persepsi konsumen berdasarkan jenis kelamin tidak memiliki perbedaan persepsi resiko keuangan, resiko pengiriman, resiko produk, metode pembayaran COD, dan metode pembayaran online dikalangan mahasiswa, yang disebabkan oleh tingkat cybercrime di Indonesia yang cenderung tidak tinggi dibandingkan dengan China.
