TRANSFER PENGETAHUAN DALAM SUKSESI DI PERUSAHAAN KELUARGA (STUDI KASUS PADA SALAH SATU PERUSAHAAN GARMEN DI KOTA BANDUNG)

Knowledge that is managed effectively, will transform an organization member into a skillfull human capital in creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge and modifying the behavior of people who are able to reflect new knowledge. This research wants to prove that knowledge transfer is needed when an organization does a succession, especially in the company. Due to the effective transfer of knowledge will be able to contribute to the creation of competitive advantage. This transfer occurs in the process of knowledge change into explicit, and the process of sharing knowledge among individuals through learning by doing. So as to shift the mindset of the predecessor generation and change the leadership style of the next generation better and create a qualified people.

Pengetahuan yang dikelola secara efektif akan mengubah anggota organisasi menjadi sebuah modal insani yang memiliki keterampilan dalam menciptakan, memperoleh, dan mentransfer pengetahuan dan memodifikasi orang sehingga mampu mencerminkan pengetahuan yang baru. Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan bahwa transfer pengetahuan diperlukan ketika sebuah organisasi melakukan suksesi khususnya pada sebuah organisasi bisnis. Transfer pengetahuan yang efektif dapat berkontribusi dalam penciptaan keunggulan kompetitif. Transfer yang demikian ini terjadi dalam proses perubahan pengetahuan menjadi ekplisit dan saat proses berbagi pengetahuan di antara individu dalam proses pembelajaran berdasarkan tindakan langsung. Dengan transfer pengetahuan maka pola piker generasi pendahulu dapat tergeser dan terjadi perubahan gaya kepemimpinan pada generasi selanjutnya kearah yang lebih baik dan tercipta individu yang berkualitas.
