REPUTASI ORGANISASI BERDASARKAN IDENTITAS ORGANISASI MENURUT PERSEPSI ORANG TUA MURID (SURVEY PADA SEKOLAH KLASIKAL TERANG NUSANTARA)

Organizational reputation is the main asset of organizations that operate in any fields, both profit-oriented organizations and non-profit organizations such as educational institutions. Terang Nusantara Classical School (SETARA) is still very young and aspires to achieve the idealism of why educational institutions that should be non-profit are functioning effectively and efficiently, namely presenting good quality schools in educating their students and also managing optimal resources. In order to achieve these things, SETARA has organizational values and operational policies implemented in their daily activities. This research wants to find out what kind of organizational reputation has been formed so far from the point of view of the parents of students, which results will be useful for the improvement and development of SETARA in the future.

Reputasi organisasi adalah aset utama organisasi yang bergerak di bidang apapun, baik organisasi yang berorientasi pada laba maupun organisasi nirlaba seperti institusi pendidikan. Sekolah Klasikal Terang Nusantara (SETARA) adalah sekolah yang masih berusia sangat muda dan bercita-cita mencapai idealisme dari mengapa institusi pendidikan yang seharusnya bersifat nirlaba itu berfungsi dengan efektif dan efisien, yaitu menghadirkan sekolah yang baik secara kualitas dalam mendidik para anak didiknya dan juga mengelola sumber dayanya dengan optimal. Dalam rangka mencapai hal tersebut, SETARA memiliki nilai-nilai organisasi dan kebijakan-kebijakan operasional yang diimplementasikan dalam aktivitas keseharian mereka. Penelitian ini ingin mencari tahu reputasi organisasi seperti apa yang sudah terbentuk selama ini dari sudut pandang orang tua murid, yang mana hasilnya akan bermanfaat untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan SETARA ke depannya.
