Abstract

XYZ High School in Bandung City routinely holds extracurricular activities, but it is constrained due to difficulties in accessing data, lack of data integration, and difficulty in coordination between parties involved. To overcome these
obstacles, a web-based Extracurricular Information System was designed. With this information system, parties involved in extracurricular activities can coordinate well, access data more easily, and data integration facilitates the process of assessment and preparation of activity reports.

SMA XYZ di Kota Bandung rutin mengadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, namun terkendala karena karena kesulitan akses data, kurangnya integrasi data, dan sulitnya koordinasi antar pihak yang terlibat. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, dirancang suatu Sistem Informasi Ekstrakurikuler berbasis web. Dengan sistem informasi tersebut, pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat berkoordinasi dengan baik, akses data lebih mudah, dan integrasi data memperlancar proses penilaian dan penyusunan laporan kegiatan.
